Glaudia Califano

​Glaudia Califano is an Agile practitioner who started her journey in a Scrum Team in 2005. Her experience spans facilitating training and workshops to getting deeply involved in the trenches with teams. She is a Scrum.org and Kanban University trainer. Glaudia is the co-author of "Adopting Agile Across Borders, A Guide to Navigating Cultural Complexity in Agile Teams and Organizations", a book published by Apress (Springer) in 2021.
