Ken Kwan

Ken Kwan has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry in the delivery of enterprise solutions and consulting services. He possesses over a decade of Agile experience as Scrum Master and Agile Coach in aviation, logistics, hospitality and entertainment, finance, and banking industries.

Ken does not only have in-depth knowledge and experience of Scrum but also solid experience in Scaled Scrum development, professional training, and coaching. He is also proficient in other methodologies and frameworks such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Lean UX, XP, and Kanban.

Ken is passionate about Agile Transformation and Scrum adoption in the Asian Community to improve the profession of software delivery and people development.
