Quyen Nguyen

Quyen has over 10 years experience working in the software industry as senior quality assurance, business analyst, project manager, product owner and scrum master. With her experience with both traditional ways of working and Scrum/ Agile, she understands and cares about the problems of people and organization, when they try to find the way to adapt and improve in the unpredictable and volatile world. 

From this insight, she found her passion to share and help the team/ organization to be more agile, to focus more about enabling and building people, focus about their collaboration and culture in a self-organized team. 

Currently Quyen is CEO of Scrumviet, Professional Training Network (PTN) of Scrum.org, with the mission to share, spread and inspire more and more about Scrum/ Agile.
