Age-ility / What's age got to do with being Agile?

A commonly underestimated - or even forgotten - factor of diversity is age! And on the other hand there is the prejudice of especially older people not being willing to change anymore. But what has age to do with Agile? And how can it help to build a strong and diverse team? These are just a few of the questions we will face in this session! Let's embark on a journey of exploring what Age-ility is all about!
