Having a super multi faceted role, product owners are in need of diversity to successfully maximise the value of the product. Because this is almost impossible to find in one single person,  I worked hard with my teams at Eneco to make product ownership a team effort. In this talk I will show you how this works, which challenges we face and how we benefit from bringing more diversity into the product owner role!
