Applying Professional Scrum beyond Software

Scrum has its root in Software Development, but it is getting more used in areas beyond it. In this sharing, Ken and Lorenz would share some interesting applications they have experienced,  Business Process Improvement with CEO as Product Owner, using Scrum for Social work to help out children or less privileged group in the society and others. We would explore the challenges and opportunities in each situation, how to get non-software "developers" to contribute with diversity in mind, and we can reflect and rethink the spirit of Scrum.
