Exploring user experience and stakeholder management in userless systems

Does your team find themselves building technical backend systems such as APIs? Don't see value in doing a review for business stakeholders because it's too technical? Does your team struggle with stakeholder collaboration and maximizing value? In this workshop session we will explore struggles Scrum Teams can face when working in so called 'userless' systems. We will use concepts from UX and Stakeholder management to tease out ways to measure value and gather feedback for our empirical process.
