Topic Value in Diversity: How you, your Scrum Teams and the organisation benefit from diversity.
I would like to share how, within Coolblue, diversity is incorporated in our DNA. How we as a company strive to work together with people who have different levels of experience and expertise, educational backgrounds, people with different cultural backgrounds and personal characteristics. From experience we know that with a diverse group of people we can create teams who reach higher levels of delivering value to the organisation and our customers. In the case study we discover the common denominator of diversity in everything that we do, from our interviewing process, our onboarding program and all the training we provide towards our colleagues. I am concluding my presentation with a personal story about how I, as an Agile Specialist, utilize the value of diversity for personal growth in order to be able to deliver more value to the organisation. I will close my presentation with a challenge for the audience to seek diversity for their own growth.
