How does an Agile organization cultivate diversity?

Agile organizations are not only the organizations that can deliver outstanding innovative values from the quick response and adapt to market changes, but also where the highest priority is focused on human factors. In an agile organization, people don't have to be the same, to be the cogs in a machine, or mass-produced robots working at identical speeds. But people are always unique and different individual, and cannot be replaced. In my topic, I will share with you how an agile organization cultivates the diversity of people? How does that diversity bring value and meaning to themselves, to the organization, and to life?
